Get ready: Ascent’s Summer of $1,000 Scholarships is Back
Back by popular demand, we’re launching our fourth annual 50 Days of $1,000 Scholarships Giveaway. For the fourth year in a row, we will award a $1,000 scholarship every weekday this summer starting today through August 2, 2022 – no essay required.
Thanks to student feedback, we’ve optimized the scholarship entry process and increased the number of award opportunities over 50 weekdays since first launching in 2019. If you’re interested in entering for your chance to win, continue reading about what’s changed, who can enter, and other scholarship opportunities from Ascent this summer.

We look forward to this campaign every year, and we hope students and parents are excited too.”
What’s changed from last year?
After receiving feedback from students, our team brainstormed even more ways we can help give money back to students.
One of those enhancements includes a bonus scholarship every Tuesday – we’re calling it our “Twosday” giveaway. This year, we will select two lucky winners to win a $1,000 scholarship every Tuesday throughout the giveaway.

How can I enter?
Students can enter for their chance to win a $1,000 scholarship by following the steps below:

- Like the daily scholarship posts on Ascent’s Instagram account.
- Leave a comment with your feedback on topics ranging from financial wellness, money tips, budgeting, applying for internships, and life hacks. Be sure to end your comment with #AscentSponsored.
- Complete an entry form by visiting this page.
New scholarship tasks will launch every weekday at 8 AM PST through August 2nd and remain open for 24 hours. Scholarship tasks that open every Friday will remain open through the weekend and close the following Monday at 8:00 AM PST.
Who is eligible to enter?
Students (18+), including Deferred Action and Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and international students studying at U.S.-based institutions, can enter for a chance to win a $1,000 no-essay scholarship from Ascent.
You must be enrolled in a degree program at least half-time or a technical skills training program like a coding bootcamp.
